📌 Requirements / যোগ্যতা

• Education & Experience:
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in community mobilization (CMAM & MIYCN focus).
  • Age at most 35 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (local dialect understanding an asset).
  • Ability to travel to project locations and work in challenging field conditions.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Implement nutrition activities aligned with national guidelines (CMAM, IYCF, SBCC).
• Provide technical and operational leadership to project teams.
• Coordinate with health authorities, community stakeholders, and project partners.
• Monitor program delivery, ensure quality reporting, and supervise field staff.
• Support planning, documentation, and effective implementation of nutrition interventions.

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Tk. 77,000
• Other Benefits: As per project provisions
• Employment Status: Full-time
• Duration: Till 31 May 2026
