Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare
organization. JCF is implementing
“Steps to a Bright Tomorrow: Education for Adolescents and Youth
in Cox’s Bazar (JPF-8)” project supported by Plan International
Bangladesh.
To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to
recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibilities
- To implement the proposed intervention that responds to the
immediate education needs of out-of-school Rohingya and host
community children, adolescents, and youth (aged 15–24) through
education in the emergency package, consisting of a number of
community-based modalities in targeted areas. - To support the delivery and achievement of program outputs,
in particular establishment of LC spaces and outreach tutoring
approaches. - To support the identification, mobilization, and training of
facilitators and caregivers in displaced and host communities;
support for training, delivery of youth-led activities for
targeted children including psychosocial support and referral,
delivery of learning kits, and parenting material. - Communicate frequently with TO for preparing work plans and reporting.
- To take a proactive stance in identifying and mitigating Child
Protection-related risks in the implementation of project
interventions and represent Plan at the sub-District Level
(Ukhiya). - Follow the organization’s Child Safeguarding, Protection from
Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Money Laundering,
Whistle Blowing and other policies.

Recruitment Procedures
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the selection
