📋 Requirements
✔️ Age: 19 to 59 years
✔️ Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma / specialized qualification in Supply Chain. �

✔️ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain management.
• Preferred: MSF / humanitarian supply chain experience.
• Desirable: Experience with ERP systems. �

✔️ Language:
• English fluency required.
• Spoken Chittagonian desirable. �

✔️ Skills:
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, internet tools).
• Formal supply chain training desirable. �

🧠 Responsibilities (Key Duties)
Supervise daily activities of the Supply Chain team.
Organize orders, purchasing, stock, freight management at project level.
Maintain supply documentation and databases.
Communicate status of orders with stakeholders.
Coordinate with HR for staff recruitment, training, and evaluation.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply processes.
Participate in procurement planning and supplier negotiations.
Ensure compliance to procedures & guidelines.
Handle reporting and supply chain disruptions.
