🎓 Requirements (যোগ্যতা)

• Maximum age: 35 years (Age relaxation up to 40 yrs for experienced)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience (total 3 yrs in livestock extension preferred).
• Experience in climate change adaptation/mitigation projects, PKSF or GCF funded work is an asset.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required.
• Must have valid motorcycle driving license.

📋 Responsibilities (দায়িত্ব)

• Facilitate project beneficiary selection and socio-economic profiling.
• Identify and engage key community members for Climate Change Adaptation Groups (CCAGs).
• Organize awareness campaigns & training on climate change adaptation.
• Provide on-site support and promote sustainable livelihood practices.
• Prepare regular reports and liaise with project management.
• Field visit engagement is about 80 % of the role.

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• Gross salary: BDT 33,000/- monthly.
• Religious festival bonus: 100 % of monthly salary.
