Education
• Diploma in Agriculture/Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from recognized university.

Additional Requirements
• At least 2 years’ working experience in Livelihood, Agriculture or Market Linkage projects in any reputed NGO.
• Ability to speak Chitagonian dialect as a native or at a similar level is necessary.
• Females are specially encouraged to apply this position.
• Effective communicator with local communities and stakeholders.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Self-directed and able to lead producer/Farmer group.
• A mature outlook and strong commitment to work with NGO.
• Must be skilled in preparing report and field mobilization.
• Experience of networking and mobilization of local communities.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of different government structure.
• Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chittagonian Dialect) will be an asset.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities
• Beneficiary’s enlistment maintaining the beneficiary selection criteria and collect baseline data/information of the beneficiaries.
• Farmer Group formation, FGD conduction, input distribution and HHs follow up.
• Organize meetings, training, workshop etc on different issues as per project requirement.
• Assist Technical Officer to develop different inputs distribution plan and implementation.
• Support Technical Officer to develop training plan, organize training session and implementation as per project guideline.
• Receive ToT and orientation on different technical issues and facilitate accordingly among beneficiaries.
• Update learning book of the individual beneficiaries’ regular basis and share data to management
• Provide technical guidance with the assistance of Technical Person and Service Providers to the beneficiaries to improve their production.
• Facilitate and introduce commercial farming to Farmer Group on vegetables production and poultry rearing with the assistance of Project Technical Officer, DAE and DLS.
• Facilitate farmer to shift Tobacco cultivation to produce more vegetable.
• Visit household of beneficiaries and provide technical support or guidance to improve their livelihood activities with the assistant of project technical person.
• Assist beneficiaries in bed preparation, nursery establishment/seedling/sapling preparation etc
• Communicate with local market actors and assist to Technical Officer for establishing linkage.
• Collect field findings and share with the project management regularly.
• Prepare case study or success story of beneficiaries from assigned working area.
• Submit data and necessary report to the Project Technical Officer/PC as per project need.
• any other task assigned by Project/Mukti Cox’s Bazar authority.
• Safeguarding and PSEA: To meet the program’s objectives for safeguarding and PSEA implementation, make sure team members are protected from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. serve as a major resource for help, direction, and knowledge on safeguarding for developing a safe workplace. To ensure that safeguarding standards are used in every course of action, team members should practice, advocate, and embrace safeguarding policy concerns.

Compensation & Other Benefits
• Tk. 32000 – 35000 (Monthly)
