Education & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in:
  • Sponsorship, Child rights & protection
  • Education
  • Livelihood

• Strong skills in social & community mobilization
• Facilitation, coordination, networking & communication skills
• Activity management and basic financial management
• Self-development focus, teamwork, interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of personal health, safety & security
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic database/statistical software knowledge
• Ability to handle hardware/software troubleshooting
• Fluent in English & Bengali
• Fluency in Cox’s Bazar local dialect mandatory

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel frequently and work in remote areas
• Valid driving license is an advantage

🧠 Responsibilities & Context

• Support implementation of Orphan Sponsorship Programme (OSP)
• Work closely with sponsored children, caregivers, community groups, schools & authorities
• Conduct household visits, facilitate self-help groups & child learning centers
• Ensure timely delivery of program activities
• Data collection & safeguarding compliance
• Organize awareness sessions, meetings, and outreach activities
• Support capacity building & reporting tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and represent IRB externally
