S/he will collect entry and manage/ develop information/statistical data to make it easily accessible to program. S/he would collect, store and maintain an effective database using Microsoft Excel, Access, EpiInfo, ENA and others.Job Location will be Cox`s Bazar.
চাকরির বিবরণ / দায়িত্বসমূহ
Employment Contract is up to 30th June 2018 with a high probability of extension.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operate and maintain ACF’s database:
To enter the data that comes from the field and to create a data
Data entry of all forms filled in the field
Data cleaning as from all the errors
Data accuracy and proper data presentation
Database creation and management
To back up the date for data safety and protection:
2. Keep all soft data in laptop
Always take a backup in external hard disk
On time data sharing with concerned personals
To file all the documents and maintain a proper filing system:
3. Filing of all the forms and printing
Tagging on all the box files
Keep all the documents in a safe place
Print, copy and send the documents to field/Office when needed.
Keep informed of any administrative, staff, logistics problem on the nutrition program and report to in-charge nutrition program manager at the office and follow-up.
4. Field visit
Monitor the data recording and data management quality at OTP center in CMAM program.
Ensure timely support to implementing partner organization to generate quality data reports.
5. APO MIS- CMAM will work under the responsibility of the Program Manager:
Regularly inform Program Manager and making plan accordingly about the work and organize it in close collaboration.
Share with PM all technical issues, analysis results, and problems.
Inform PM of any changes and problems that need to be addressed.
Note:
This job description is a subject to change and modify at any stage of program implementation.
Strong flexibility is required in terms of mobility and working hours.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
Graduation degree in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Accounting/ Mathematics/ Management or equivalent
অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা
Experience and required skills:
At least 6 months of experience in the field of management of Acute Malnutrition ( SFP, CMAM , care practices),
Organisation skills are necessary.
Ability to manage staff according to local culture
Ability to use fluently Word, Excel, Power Point a plus
Ability to read and understand English
