Requirements / Qualifications
Degree in HR or in a field related to didactical or educational psychology
Essential Diploma in HR, learning and development or organizational development
Relevant certifications in didactical/scholastic or teaching/facilitation desirable
Working experience of at least 1 year in Learning and Development sector
Desirable previous working experience in MSF or other NGO in developing countries
Knowledge of HR in general and adult learning principles
Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel, internet)
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
Spoken Chittagonian and Rohingya are desirable

Responsibilities & Context
Promote and implement learning and development strategies and tools
Implement the learning needs assessment process
Develop or update training curriculum, manuals and materials
Facilitate and deliver L&D training courses when required
Advise coordinators and managers on L&D activities
Ensure documentation and support HR processes related to learning
Organize L&D briefings and induction programs
Ensure learning initiatives are inclusive and support staff development
Participate in planning and logistical support for trainings

Compensation & Benefits
Permanent contract position
Salary according to internal MSF salary grid (BDT 108,000 Gross)
2 days annual leave per month worked
Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents
2 festival bonuses after 1 year continuous service
(No relocation provisions)
