Job Context
- Employment Status: Contractual (will be extendable).
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and / or finalization of the project work plan and keep it updated in accordance with project activities and timeframes as relevant.
- Develop the M&E framework for project.
- Develop baseline data for each project component and for all project indicators.
- Collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators.
- Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyse and aggregate findings.
- Support project progress reporting, project mid-term and final evaluation.
- Identify lessons learned and develop case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.
- Support the supervisor on improving project performance using M&E findings.
- Check that monitoring data are discussed in appropriate forum and in a timely fashion in term of implications for future action.
- Perform any other job assigned by the supervisor.

- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Previous work experience in development work
- Proactive, organized, quick learner, good communication and interpersonal skills.
