DanChurchAid (DCA) is a faith-based, non-missionary organization. We work for the poor, vulnerable and socially excluded communities and believe in life before death. The DCA Bangladesh invites applications from qualified and competent Bangladeshi candidates for following positions for Rohingya Response Programme. The position is until 15 May 2018 with possible extension.

Human Resource Officer (1)

S/He will provide effective support to the Area Manager and Line Managers by managing the full range of HR including safeguarding the recruitment process, managing compensation and benefits as well as carrying out the duties in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and DCA policies and procedures. The job holder is responsible for the compliance with national labor legislation, DCA policies and procedures as well as donor’s prerequisites.
